By using the 314 platform (https://314.wine), you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Bangladeshi law. 314 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation & Security
Registration Requirements
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register on the 314 platform. Accurate and truthful information is required at the time of registration. Accounts created using false information may be closed at any time and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.
Each person may only register one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of platform rules.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your account with or allowing access by any other person is prohibited. If you suspect a security breach, notify the 314 support team immediately.
314 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
While using the 314 platform, users are required to comply with the following:
- Conducting any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Accessing or operating on the platform using automated software, bots, or similar technologies is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or personal information is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited.
314 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and take legal action where applicable in the event of any violation of the above rules.
Payment & Transaction Rules
Deposit
All transactions on the 314 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made using approved local payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the platform. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — you must use a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform. 314 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending any additional verification it deems necessary.
If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, 314 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and place a hold on the associated balance.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
314 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. 314's liability is limited in cases where service is disrupted due to technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other cause. Users participate in betting or games of their own accord, and 314 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from those decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and brand elements on the 314 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 314. Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Account Suspension
314 may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances: during an ongoing verification process, upon detection of suspicious activity, during an investigation into a potential terms violation, or at the user's own request. A suspended account cannot be logged into or used for transactions. Once verification is complete and no violation is found, the account will be reactivated.
Permanent Account Closure
314 reserves the right to permanently close any account in cases of serious terms violations, fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. Any balance remaining in such an account may be forfeited. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
Third-Party Links & Terms Updates
The 314 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. 314 is not responsible for third-party content or policies. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party site before use. 314 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
